Work out
your own numbers

Two free calculators, no signup, no email. Both run a real single-zone mass balance in your browser, and both publish the equation and the per-person generation rates so you can check the working.

CO2 build-up calculatorRoom size, occupancy and air-change rate → the CO2 curve over an occupied day, the steady-state level, and time to cross 1,000 ppm. Ventilation fan size calculatorRoom and peak occupancy → the outdoor airflow you need in m³/h and CFM, plus air changes per hour and L/s per person.

Or skip the arithmetic

VentPlus measures the actual CO2 in your room and switches your fan automatically at the thresholds you set. The calculators tell you what a room like yours should do; the device tells you what yours does, and then fixes it.
